Travel

Travel is included within the Christchurch boundary, any travel outside of this area is extra.

POA - please advise your location and quote will be given.

Bond/Deposits

Upon contacting us to make your booking, an invoice will be sent for you to pay a $50 bond/deposit. This confirms your booking date and is held as a bond to cover any damages to gear. All bonds are refunded the next business day after your event, any deductions that need to be made will be discussed directly.  

- We are unable to hold your booking date until this deposit has been paid.

Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee will be charged/deducted from the bond if there are large or multiple stains. Please ensure there is no food/nail polish etc on the bedding and when transporting the teepees please ensure the vehicle is clean – if going in a Ute/tray they need to be covered with a sheet to avoid any dirt or damage.

Pets/Smokefree

Our equipment and gear is smoke and pet free, No pets are allowed on our equipment, if there have been any pets a cleaning fee may be applied to remove odours/hair/fur or any damages made by the pet.

 

Cancellations

Cancelling or alteration to your booking with more than 7 days’ notice you receive a full refund, cancelling any later than this but before 2days of your event only a 50% refund of your booking total will be applied. If there is less than 2days notice no refund will be applied.

Payment

Bookings are for one night only, any additional nights are POA unless otherwise arranged. 

Full payment of your invoice is required 7 days prior to your booking date. Final number count is also required to clear final invoice.​

DIY - Pick Up & Drop Off

This package is a do-it-yourself option which comes with step-by-step instructions on how to set up your slumber party.

We generally have a numerous amount of bookings over the weekends therefore we will arrange a time with you to to collect the slumber pack from us in Redwood, Christchurch and return the next day back to the same address.

***Note we will give you 15mins either side of the agreed time however we are unable to accommodate late pickups and a fee may be charged for late drop offs.

Area

Before you confirm your teepee slumber party, please ensure you have enough space to comfortably fit the teepees. Ideally, each tent needs 1.2m of width and 2m of length.
Please have the area clear (couches moved etc) and clean prior to our arrival to allow for efficient set-up. We are unable to assist in moving furniture and will not provide any refund if the teepees do not fit the space upon our arrival. Please measure the space to ensure the teepees will fit. 

 

Before set up can commence, the designated floor area must be cleared of furniture and is clean (dirt and dust free) to enable quick and easy assembly of the Teepee’s.

Pillows

We do not supply pillows for hygiene reasons, please ask your guests to bring their own. ​​

Liability

We strictly set up the teepees and are not responsible for the safety of children. We assume noresponsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party, unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of the Business. Our decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions of Hire.
